Hello! I’m Kari Switala, the fractional chief marketing officer (fCMO) at Wild Fig Marketing. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with clients across a range of industries, but I especially love partnering with healthcare organizations. For me, the best part is knowing that the work we’re doing is making life better for real people in real, everyday ways.

My sweet spot is helping teams define their vision and rally around it, leverage their strengths, and craft a story that captivates their audience.

And when my head hits the pillow at night, I know I’ve helped passionate leaders take meaningful steps forward, shaping strategies that move the needle for their business.

Now THAT’S some satisfying work right there, folks.

When I’m not wearing my marketing hat, I’m soaking in Northwoods lake life with my hubby, Kevin, our 20-year-old son, Sam, and our two naughty pups, Murphy and Lucy. Our oldest son, Max, is living his best life in the Twin Cities where we’re not afraid to stop in, raid his fridge, and crash at his pad.

I look for every opportunity to travel, play pickleball, finish another paint-by-number and throw extravagant theme parties (much to my husband’s chagrin).  Those same passions for connection, creativity, and fun are what I bring into my work every day.
